This integrated BESS combines LiFePO4 battery modules, liquid cooling thermal management, intelligent BMS battery management and EMS energy scheduling system in one outdoor cabinet.
Adopts Grade A long-cycle lithium iron phosphate cells with over 8000 deep cycles. Independent pack-level liquid cooling system strictly controls internal cell temperature difference within 3°C, delivering stable full-power operation in -30℃ to 55℃ harsh outdoor environments and greatly extending the whole system service life. IP55 dustproof & waterproof cabinet supports open-air factory installation; partition isolation design plus multi-stage aerosol fire suppression realizes full safety protection against overcharge, over-discharge, short-circuit and thermal runaway.
The system supports grid-tied, off-grid and hybrid working modes to realize peak shaving & valley filling, power outage backup, photovoltaic surplus energy consumption and microgrid stabilization. Modular parallel design allows dozens of units to expand capacity to MW-level large energy storage projects. Reserved CAN, RS485, Ethernet, WiFi and 4G communication ports enable 24/7 real-time cloud remote monitoring and automatic intelligent power dispatching.
